This week marked a big milestone. With the seed round now complete, we’re going full throttle on product, integrations, and yield expansion.

Seed Round: Resolved

We’re excited to announce that Resolv has raised $10M, co-led by CyberFund and Maven11 Capital.

Backed by:

Coinbase Ventures, Arrington Capital, Gumi Cryptos, Robot Ventures, Animoca Ventures, Karpatkey, EtherFi, No Limit Holdings, Flowdesk, and SCB Limited.

The final $600K came from our Contributors Round via Legion, wrapped at 10x oversubscription — thanks to everyone who took part.

Now that the round is closed, we’re ramping up integrations, BTC-based strategies, new chain deployments, and more partner rails across DeFi and TradFi.

• TVL: $425M

• stUSR APR: ~4.3%

• RLP APR: ~3.8%

BTC allocation now makes 20% of Resolv collateral pool.

Telegram-native DeFi: Resolv vault live on TAC

Resolv joins TAC (Telegram Application Chain) via a vault powered by Upshift, coordinated through Turtle Club, and curated by Tulipa Capital.

• 3.4 $TAC per $1K/day (with 2.5x multiplier for depositing USR)

Telegram is going DeFi. TAC brings EVM apps to 1B+ users, with Upshift powering the yield and Turtle Club deploying capital from 300k+ wallets into curated strategies. Resolv is now part of that flow.

The wstUSR:RLP market is live on Cork.
